*How Can I Exit Out of Full Screen Mode?
*How Can I Add a Border to My Poster?
*How Can I Take a Screenshot of Something?
1. On the keyboard, press and hold COMMAND + SHIFT + 4
(These steps only work on a Mac computer.) 2. Using your crosshair-cursor, click and drag the gray square over whatever you want to capture. 3. Once you let go, it will take a picture. If you did not drag over what you need, try again- Command + Shift + 4, drag! 4. Your screenshot will appear on your desktop. |
*How Can I Insert My Screenshot into My Poster?
1. First, make sure you are not in full screen. If you don't see the File menu, you are in full screen. See directions for "How Can I Exit Out of Full Screen Mode?" and get out of full screen mode.
2. Next, move your mouse to the edge of Microsoft Word, so it turns into a 2-arrow cursor. Stretch the screen over so you can see your screenshot on the desktop. 3. Click on your picture and drag it inside of your poster in Word. |
